Arising from France in the 1920s, the French 75 originally has gin in its recipe. Replaced by Santo Grau Coronel Xavier Chaves, a classic Minas Gerais cachaça the result of a privileged terroir, 100% pure having not passed by wood. The new version maintained the smooth and striking flavor of the drink.
